CRSI Health Fair

CRSI will host a health fair on Thursday, September 30 from 1 - 5 pm in their offices.  They will have various health screenings, dermascans, chair massages, eye screenings, blood sugar and cholesterol screenings, and DEXA scans provided by Dr. Hazelbaker's office staff.  Please contact Sandy Loffing at 653-1309 for more information.
